Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Bloomberg Government Subscription Service

This is a notice of intent by the Department of Homeland Security to award a sole source contract for a Bloomberg Government Subscription Service. The contract will be awarded under the simplified acquisition threshold in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).
