This bid is for American artists (citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents) to create publicly scaled and permanently installed artwork for the Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry, as part of the GSA Art in Architecture Program. To win, artists need to demonstrate their ability to create such artwork.
