Update to A.1 Earth Science Research Overview: Earth Science proposals that include NASA high-end computing resources must include costs

This is an update to NASA's Earth Science Research Overview (ROSES Appendix A) regarding proposals that utilize NASA high-end computing resources. Effective August 4, 2026, such proposals must include costs for these resources at a rate of $0.09/SBU. The solicitation process for research programs will now be framed within research "spheres."
